Order enquiries
When you complete the order form and continue to WhatsApp, the details you enter—such as your name, phone number, quantity, delivery address, selected payment method and optional notes—are included in a WhatsApp message. Bon.hail uses this information only to respond to and manage your enquiry.
Customer feedback
When you send feedback through WhatsApp, Bon.hail receives the name, rating and comments you choose to provide so we can review and improve our coffee, packaging, delivery and service.
Third-party communication
WhatsApp and Instagram are external services. Information sent through those services is also handled according to their own privacy terms.
Sensitive information
Do not send payment-card numbers, bank-account details, government identification, health information or other sensitive information through the forms or messages linked from this website. BenefitPay payment is completed by scanning the official QR code shown on the site, not by entering banking credentials into the form.

يُعد واتساب وإنستغرام من الخدمات الخارجية، وتخضع المعلومات المرسلة عبرهما أيضاً لشروط الخصوصية الخاصة بكل خدمة.
المعلومات الحساسة
يرجى عدم إرسال أرقام بطاقات الدفع أو بيانات الحساب البنكي أو بيانات الهوية الحكومية أو المعلومات الصحية أو غيرها من المعلومات الحساسة عبر النماذج أو الرسائل المرتبطة بهذا الموقع. يتم الدفع عبر بنفت بي من خلال مسح رمز QR الرسمي الظاهر في الموقع، وليس بإدخال بياناتك البنكية في النموذج.
